Structure & fabric
The building itself. Walls, roofs, windows, doors and joinery.
Builders
Structural work, extensions, internal alterations and general building repairs, from opening up a wall to a full refurbishment. One team oversees the job from start to finish, so nothing falls between trades.
Roofing
Flat and pitched roof repairs, slipped and missing tiles, leak tracing, guttering, fascias and soffits. We find where the water is actually getting in, so a small leak doesn’t turn into a ceiling repair or a damp problem.
Carpentry
Doors, frames, skirting, staircases, shelving and fitted joinery. Made or adjusted to fit the building, which matters in older London properties where very little is a standard size.
Glazing
Cracked and broken panes, misted double-glazed units, and window and door repairs. Where a property has been left insecure, making it safe is treated as the first job.
Interior finish
The surfaces you live and work with every day.
Plastering
Patch repairs, skim coats, full re-plasters and ceiling work, finished flat and left ready to decorate. Often booked straight after damp, electrical or plumbing work, so the wall is finished by the same team that opened it.
Painting & decorating
Interior and exterior decorating for homes, communal areas and commercial units. Filling, sanding and priming are done properly first, so the finish lasts well beyond the first season.
Flooring
Laminate, vinyl, carpet and engineered wood, with the subfloor prepared before anything goes down. Suits a single-room refresh or a full turnaround between tenancies.
Systems & services
Power, water and drainage, and the damp problems they leave behind.
Electricians
Fault-finding, rewires, consumer unit upgrades, lighting, sockets and outdoor power. Carried out by vetted, insured electricians, with the job explained in plain terms before work begins.
Plumbing
Leaks, blocked sinks and toilets, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, radiators and heating repairs. These are the jobs that become emergencies if they’re left, so they’re dealt with as a priority.
Drainage
Blocked drains, gullies and waste pipes, cleared and repaired. We look for why the blockage happened, rather than clearing it once and leaving it to come back.
Damp & mould
Rising and penetrating damp, condensation and black mould, diagnosed before anything is treated. The cause is fixed first, often ventilation or a leak, so the mould doesn’t return after a repaint.
Upkeep & grounds
The regular work that keeps a property in good order.
Handyman
The smaller jobs that still need doing properly: furniture assembly, curtain poles, shelving, sealant, fixings and minor repairs. Easy to add to a bigger visit, or book on their own.
Cleaning
End-of-tenancy cleans, after-builders cleans, communal areas and one-off deep cleans. Arranged alongside repair work, so a property is ready to use as soon as the trades leave.
Gardening
Lawns, hedges, clearances and general grounds maintenance for private and communal outdoor space. Available as a one-off tidy or on a regular schedule.

Before anything is booked, we walk the property with you and put everything in writing. You get a full picture of what needs doing, how urgent each item is and what it should cost.
It’s the honest way to start. You see every fault and every price before deciding anything, and there’s no obligation to book any of it with us.

Is the £500 inspection really free?
Yes. We walk the property with you and give you a written report of every fault we find, with a cost against each job. There is no charge and no obligation to book any of the work.
I don’t know which trade I need. What should I do?
Send us a few photos on WhatsApp and describe the problem. We’ll work out which trade, or trades, the job needs.
Can I book a single small job?
Yes. Message us for one job or for everything on the list. Smaller jobs can also be added to a bigger visit.
Are your trades insured?
Yes. Every trade we send is vetted and fully insured.
Will I get a price before work starts?
Yes. After the site visit we issue a written quotation, so you know the cost before anything begins.
